Black and white print on cream mat and 1 copy of interior of a room. Back wall is papered with floral and leaf paper and has a large windowed door. To the left of the door is an upright piano with a cloth cover over top portion. In front of piano are two occasional chairs, one with arms and a lace cover, the other has no arms and braided fringe hanging beneath seat. Across the room to photo right is another occasional chair and plants on a plant stand. Another armless chair with fringe is near a door on photo right. The door is opened in and is wood with 4 panel multi-dimensional , dark wood, ornate mantle with a vase of flowers and books on top. In foreground is a wood table with ornate legs and books and miscellaneous on top. An armless rocker with fringe under front portions sets by table. Another occasional chair sets to photo left of table. Two sets of 3 globe lights hang from ceiling in each portion of room. An overall ornately decorated room.
Written on back in blue ink: "Interior of home built by Homer Merrill on South Side of UPRR" "Copies by State." In pencil: "Page 50, pix 2". 3 7/8 x 7 1/4".
Condition good. Scratched, liquid spots, emulsion impacted.
COPY: Typed on white adhesive tag attached to back: "Interior of home built by Homer Merrell South Side of UPRR", in pencil: "Near the "cut"." Stamped on back in black: "Copy provided by the Wyoming State Archives and Historical Department."
