Photo was run as a mystery photo and had three responses to the mystery photo. The woman on the right has been identified as Mrs. Belle Ryan Welch, (1883-1965). The man on the left might possibly be George Koroulis. Belle was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Con Ryan, who came to Rawlins in 1884 when Belle was one year old. According to her obituary, she was a well-known Rawlins humanitarian. She was active in many organizations, and was a charter member of the American Red Cross which was organized in Rawlins in 1918. She volunteered more that 47 years of service to that group. She was one of four organizers of the American Cancer Society in Wyoming and was Carbon County Unit President at the time of her death.
We would like confirmation of the man's identity.Collection
