Printed in blue ink on white label on cover: Criminal Docket Book No. 1. George Parsons Justice of Peace. Listed as book #39. Attached inside are typed complaints and records. Condition good. Some wear on corners and spine.

2/2/1929-Criminal Warrant completed by R. G. Engstrom of Engstrom Motor Company stating that George Baymer? on 2/15/1929 gave a chattel mortgage for a car and created a lien on the car. He took the car out of the jurisdiction of the District Court with intent to deprive the company. Requests that he be arrested and dealt with by law. George Raymer? was taken into custody in Gray County, Texas and returned to Carbon County, WY. 3/2/1929. (2 copies)
9/23/1929-Receipt from George Austin for Joe Martinez fine.
9/29/1929-Bond for payment of fine. Agreement between Justice of the Peace, George Parsons, and Joe Martinez, principal and Benito Carraco, surety to pay rest of fine within a month. Lengthy agreement not listed here.
9/14/1929-Criminal Complaint-Wayne Hall states that Edward B. Oberto wrote a fraudulent check to him for $10. on 9/14/1929.
10/1/1929-Criminal Complaint-State of Wyoming vs. H. H. Bruning in Justices' Court before: George R. Parsons, Justice of the Peace. J. Frank Hartt swears that on 10/1/1929, H. H. Bruning stole goods from Hartt & Sons Sheep Co. (4 ewe sheep, and 6 lambs). Mr. Bruning also altered and defaced the brands on the sheep.
9/26/1929--Criminal Complaint-State of Wyoming vs. Jack Bales for knowingly writing and giving a bad check from the Rock River, WY Citizens State Bank to Bill West. Signed W. C. West.
11/10/1929--Criminal Complaint-State of Wyoming vs. Katherine Bekover by Mrs. S. J. Jonson. Mrs. Jonson states that Katherine stole goods from her and Helen Boomhower. Items are listed.
11/14/1929--Criminal Complaint-State of Wyoming vs. Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Kelly. They are accused by Frank L. Lemoine of stealing cattle belonging to Glen Penland and George Gideon.
3/15/1930-Criminal Warrant-from Carbon County, to sheriff or constables of said county. Mrs. Alta Bayliss complained that Orrin Bayliss deserted her, his wife, and his three minor children, now being in destitute and necessitous circumstances. To arrest him and place him in jail. (2 copies)
7/13/1930-Criminal Complaint-State of Wyoming vs. John Hilton and Carl Loomis for assaulting and stealing $186 from Mrs. John Fenton.
7/29/1929-State of Wyoming, Plaintiff vs. James C. Emerson, Defendant. Commission to Take Deposition. Authorizes George R. Parsons, JP to question material witnesses: Zack Metz and Jack Schlessinger for the prosecution in the above case. Goes into detail.
8/3/1929-Criminal Complaint-State of Wyoming vs. Jack Hendrix. Mrs. Jessie Hendrix swears that Mr. Hendrix abandoned her and their 18 mos. old child.
7/21/1930-Criminal Complain-State of Wyoming vs. Dolores Arroyo. O. W. Plaga swore that Dolores Arroyo touched Mrs. Luc Arroyo in an unlawful, rude manner.
7/21/1930-Criminal Warrant-Mrs. Luc Arroyo complained that Dolores Arroyo touched her in an unlawful, rude manner. Dolores Arroyo, "bring him before me to be dealt with by law." George R. Parsons, JP.
6/11/1930-Criminal Complaint-State of Wyoming vs. V. E. French. M. E. Pickett swore that V. E. French being an agent of Mutual Benefit Health and Accident Association, took money belonging to the company.
9/17/1930-Criminal Complaint-State of Wyoming vs. H. Ryan. Mrs. Clara Karry swore that H. Ryan used obscene, etc. language in the Luxus Cafe, saying: ------------lousy b-----to Mrs. Karry.
9/27/1930-Criminal Complaint-State of Wyoming vs. Clyde J. Rice and Benson Rive aka Vincent Rice. O. W. Plaga swore that they stole Travelers Checks from S. C. Hicks, value of $60.00.
10/20/1930-Criminal Complaint-State of Wyoming vs. Monty Warden. Mrs. R. D. Ehlars swore that Monty Warden procured lodging from her under fraudulent representation.
12/11/1930-Criminal Complaint-State of Wyoming vs. F. D. McMillen, Joe Braig swore that F. D. McMillen discharged him and did not pay him his wages owed.
11/2/1930-Criminal Complaint-State of Wyoming vs. Edwin A. Krueger. William H. Hill swore that Mr. Hill touched him in an unlawful manner, etc.Collection
