Taken about 1889-1895, Rawlins.
Update - 2009: Black & white print on matboard of stone building on 400 Block of Front Street. It is two story with sign on second level: "Bank" Sign above first floor: "J. W. Hugus & CO." Twelve men are standing on walk on entryways all along front of building.
Written on back: "Photo taken 1889-1895 Lots 12, 13, 14 Block 23 N.E. corner of 5th & Front"
Condition: Good. Cut down, soiled, edges worn, liquid stained, creased, paper & adhesive on back.Collection
