Black & white print. Image has been irregularly cut off with image at top partly missing. Image shows a group of men & women standing on outside steps of a brick building in five informal rows. Written on back in black ink: Light Co. Official James Kilburn Mrs. Ekdahl D. R. Highley[sic] Higley Thelma Carroll Mrs. Wm Seith Vessie Kilburn Party for Rawlins Electric Co employees Fair condition. Print has large gouge/tear at center & at right. Image is lightly soiled. Back of print has unknown residue & dark line running left to right at lower edge. Photo was run as a mystery photo, and these are the responses from two of the women's daughters. We had two responses to the mystery photo this week. The photo is believed to have been taken in the 1920's. The men and women are believed to be Telephone Company employees. Front Row-L to R: The woman second from left in the front row wearing sailor blouse and horn rim glasses is Rachel Luchsinger Ashlock, (the mother of Sox Loudon). The woman with the lacey collar is Alice Byrnes Hay, (mother of Dorothy Hay Everist). Second row-L to R: Woman second from left is Julia McAtee Moffitt. All others are unidentified by the daughters.
