Black & white print & one copy print. Image shows a large two story horizontal building that has a large wooden platform facing the railroad tracks. Many people dressed in vintage clothing are standing about on the platform with some standing on the tracks. The building has many windows on upper & lower levels. At building right a small room with a slanted roof has been added on original building. There are six chimneys visible on roof top. Large boulders are at side right under platform. A horse head & four legs are seen at side right edge.
Original: Written on back in blue ink: Rawlins Depot 1868 - Rawlins Eating house burned prior to 1873.
Good condition. Print has defects from original. Emulsion has large bend (crack) at top & lower edges, bent corners, various wrinkles, scratches & scuffs. Backside is soiled at various places.
Copy print. 3 1/2 x 5 1/2" Written on back: Rawlins Depot 1868 - Rawlins Eating house burned prior to 1873.
Good condition. Very minor soiling.Collection
