Rawlins City Hall on Jan. 20, 1960 with Christmas lights.
Update -2009: Color print of city hall decorated for Christmas, taken at night with lights on. Nativity scene on corner of lawn. Garland streamers in V shapes on sides of building & colored lights on trees, lighted stars on building. Sign on top of building reads "Seasons Greetings" Sign on side reads "Fire Station No Parking." There is a siren on top of the building. Building sets on S. E. corner of 5th and Buffalo.
Written on back in black ink: "Dec. 25, 1959 Carl Seith"
