Update - June 2010: two black & white prints. Panoramas. Snapshots. Mounted on tan matboard.
View #1: 3 3/4 x 9 5/8" Line of eight wagons & teams (four facing right; four facing left) coming together on a sage-covered prairie. Snow-capped mountains in the background. In front & near center of the facing wagons are several men on foot & a saddled horse whose neck has been draped with an American flag.
Written on back in blue ink: "Rawlins-Saratoga State line".
Stamped on back in black ink: "Carbon County Museum Box 52 Rawlins, Wyoming 82301"
Mounted on acidic matboard. cut down from original size - edges rough & uneven. Back soiled. Liquid stain near center. Image surface soiled & scratched.
View #2: 3 3/4 x 9 3/8". Line of eight wagons & teams, plus one stagecoach & team all facing right on a sage-covered prairie. Rolling hills in background. Man on foot standing near rider on a white horse in front of group; horse's neck has been draped with an American flag.
