Black & white print. Snapshot. Mounted on grey matboard. Image of a steam locomotive engine & tender stopped in a railyard. Multiple tracks in foreground with puddles on ground. Boxcars in background; at left is car painted with "60232". Painted on engine lamp & bell shaped turret at center behind bell & on side of tender is "1729". Man in cab & second man between tender & cab. Written on back: [blue ink] "3-k Engine 1729. Which was involved in the O'Neil Wreck" [pencil] "May 1900" [black ink] "Copied and mounted" [pencil] "65%" "6240" [pencil on white adhesive label] "Locomotives #2" "O'Neil Wreck was on May 1900" [red pencil] "Page 18 - pix 4 2 3/16 x 5" [red ink] "X". Mounted on acidic matboard. Cut down from original size -edges rough & uneven. Back soiled. Emulsion soiled; scratched & dented at top center.
