Written on back in pencil: "Perry L. Smith Born Oct. 8, 1836 in Vermillion County Ill. Partner of William Ash in meat market & had contract to furnish wild game to the crews building the Union Pacific later was Rawlins post master - Picture taken in 1910" [on white adhesive label pasted to back] "Percy[sic] Smith".
Written on back: [red pencil] "Copied by State" [black ink] "and mounted".
Tan paper and adhesive residue around edges on back, removed from folder? Image surface scuffed. Slight edge & corner damage.
One 7 x 5 Black & white copy print. Written on back in black ink is same information as on original. Stamped on back in black ink: "Copy provided by the Wyoming State Archives and Historical Department".
Double sided tape still on back at top center. Upper right corner bent - emulsion cracked. Emulsion badly cracked at center top edge; torn in upper right. Dents along right side.Collection
