Update 2008: Black and white print. Studio portrait. Cabinet card. Mounted on grey matboard with black edge and gold highlights. Head and shoulders image of a man dressed in a dark suit with vest, white shirt and dark tie. He is turned 3/4 to his right but is looking at the camera. He has short hair, sports a mustache. Watch chain can be seen on vest.
Engraved in gold and red on lower mat edge in curvilinear pattern: "Opposite Post Office" "Smiley" "Kewanee, Ill."
Mounted on acidic matboard. Dented and stained along lower edge. Slight corner damage. Image surface soiled. Fingerprints on lower half, scuffed and scratched.Collection
