Update 2009: Sepia print. Snapshot mounted on patterned off-white matboard with gilt edges. Image of a man standing in front of a canvas tent and holding a rifle by the barrel. man is dressed in dark shirt, pants, boots and jacket and is wearing a hat; he has a holstered pistol on his belt. Three other rifles-two at right and one at left are leaning against tent. Scabbard is draped over tent top. Candle and bottles can be seen inside tent opening. Metal bucket in left foreground. Trees in background. Saddle and saddlebag on ground at right.

Mounted on acidic matboard. Back yellowed. Dent and scratches in emulsion at center right. Image surface and mat slightly soiled.
