Boy scouts are in full uniform, a flag is on photo left & an eagle statue (Colliers Award) is on a counter along with a vase of flowers. Seated on left is a man identified on bottom border as: "Simon Skovgard" Senator. Next a woman identified as "Gov. Nellie Ross," wearing a dark dress with bead necklace. Next is a man identified as "Robert Carey" U.S. Senator & then a man identified as " W. W. Daley" Pres. of Senate. There is another large wood counter in front of them.
Good condition. Top border cut off. Badly creased on corners & along bottom, torn top & right side, scratched.Collection
