A collection of receipts and bills for the Maxwell House, an early UPRR Hotel in Rawlins. These receipts were found in the basement of the old Midway Bar by Jim and Ruby Poydak. See notes in file on location of Midway and Maxwell House and connection. The Maxwell House Hotel closed to the public in 1902 with the opening of the Ferris Hotel.
