Mail Stage Coach leaving old Post office in Rawlins about 1898 or 1900. 4th and Cedar.
Update - 2009: Sepia print mounted on a grey mat. Image of 400 Block of Cedar St. Parked on the street are two buggies, a stage & covered wagon, all pulled by horses. On photo left are signs: "POST OFFICE" "Dr. Jolley" "Goods Bought and Sold" "Rawlins Drug Store". Across the street a hardware store with sign: "Wagons and Implements" "Stoves". In photo foreground is a boardwalk that goes across the street. On boardwalk on photo left several people are standing & sacks are piled on walk. A man & woman sit in buggy beside sacks, behind them is another buggy with canopy, to right is wagon with driver & then a stage with five men riding on top & the door is open.
Written on bottom of mat in blue ink: "Rawlins, WYO. 4th & Cedar looking west"
Engraved on lower left corner: "Ferris Maghee Drug Store".
Written on back in black: "Duplicate" in blue: "mounted" "Scenes-C"

Condition: Fair. Top left corner almost ripped off, scratched, emulsion impacted, liquid spots, accretion, mat cut down, edges worn, bottom right torn off & paper missing, bottom left torn.Collection
