Update - 2009: Black & white print card of birds eye view of Rawlins, WY Seen in background are hills, east end of Rawlins Uplift, cemetery, & water tower of old WY State Penitentiary. In photo center are houses, business buildings, St. Joseph's Catholic Church, & Central School. railroad tracks & buildings in front of that & a few homes on photo foreground on south side of tracks. There are quite a few trees north of tracks.
