Man is seated in an upholstered chair with long fringe; he is wearing a dark three piece suit, white shirt, and short dark tie. he has a mustache and chin whiskers. His left leg is crossed over right and left arm on arm of chair. Woman is standing with her right hand on the man's shoulder; she is wearing dark long sleeved dress with fancy bodice and lace collar; her hair is curled in small tight ringlets; there is a small hat on her head. Patterned floor covering underfoot.
