Black & white print on grey mat of store & clapboard house. House is surrounded by a fence. Front fence is white picket with a gate & side fence is solid dark wood with brace posts. Standing at end of dark fence is a young child, to his left down the fence is another child kneeling beside a black dog. Behind the dark fence next to the side of the house are two more people. The house is stone and has multi angle roof with two brick chimneys, a bay window in front, a small covered porch on the side with clapboard siding on porch section. A matching outbuilding is behind the house. Other buildings are in distance beside & behind the house.
Written on back in green ink: "W. S. Hilands in the late 90ies & early 1900 - Now belongs to Mike Miller"
In blue ink: "Located on East Buffalo" "Copied by State" "50%"
In pencil: "100 E Buffalo" "Page 53 pix 1 1 3/4 x 3 1/2 52%"
Good condition. Edges cut down & paper missing, accretion, soiled, rubbed, negative damage in lower left corner.
