Sepia toned print attached to dark grey matboard. Image shows a two story brick home with "L" shaped open front & side porch. House has gingerbread trim at roof apex, at front & side & trim along the top of roof seams. Roof is multidimensional. There are three vertical windows on second floor at house front & multiple windows at lower level at various locations. The left side has a bay window addition. Wrap around porch has five decorative turned post support at several areas. A small shed at rear & a frame house is seen at right. A horizontal three rung open narrow posts wood fence surrounds the dirt yard with a open metal vertical rung gate at foreground. Ground in foreground appears to be hard dirt.

Fair condition. Soiling, scrapes, scratches, fading & unknown remnants on emulsion. Lower edge of mat has heavy vertical indentions at many places & a white stain. A long cut is at right corner extending up to print. Worn corners. Triangular developing flaw side right.Collection
