Update 1/2008: Black and white print. Photo of an 18 piece all male brass-percussion band. Drum has a picture of an elk in the center with # "609" above the head. above the 609 is "BPOE". Below the elk head is "Rawlins Wyo". A sign in back of the band reads "Wyoming Wool Growers Association." Front row of band is seated and back row is standing. Photo is mounted on matboard. Band is in uniforms except for the band leaders.
