Charles Clemmons--first husband of Mayme Miller, oldest daughter of I.C. Miller.
Update 2008: Black and white oval print attached to dark gray matboard. Print depicts a man with dark hair with a center part and waved to the sides. His eyes are medium colored. He is wearing a medium dark jacket and vest with a white horizontally striped shirt underneath which has a high white stiff looking collar. A darker bowtie that has a horizontal white line as pattern is secured around collar at neck edge.

Small white sticker on back has Chas Clemmons written in pencil.
Good condition. Matboard has a slight tear at back and front top edge and an abrasion resulting in scraped mat on back side right at three places. All corners of mat are worn off and show white mat underneath. Slight soiling on backside. Print itself has minor scratches on surface on top left and right. Slight white marks on his mouth and eyes from developing process . Various shading anomalies.
