Hills in background. Grouping of buildings at right includes a water tower, three white wooden derricks & a tall smokestack. Large building at center has two cylindrical towers with conical roofs at corners of tallest section & a dormer at front of same section. Automobile on road. Shadow of photographer in foreground. Wyoming State Penitentiary Rawlins, WY.
