A colored scan print. Image shows a large two story house with grey colored siding, mason roof & accent colors on moldings around windows & at front trim areas. The house has many architectural features & individual alcoves at front & sides, decorative moldings & trim. Foreground is snowy with snow remnant on house roof. Young dormant trees are at several locations.

Written on back in pencil: "Originally James France residence at S. E. corner of 2nd & Pine Sts. Built in 1882 (Picture pg 52, 100 years in the heat - taken 1883-89) Later the John Gunning home and then the R. E. Rectory. Sold & moved to make room for an enlarged parking lot. Now after much renovation a private home again."
