Half length portrait of a man wearing a light colored 3-piece suit, patterned tie, white shirt & embroidered & fringed fraternal collar. Man has short , receding grey hair & is clean shaven. Painted backdrop behind. Written on back in black ink: "Paul Paulson" "1 col. 12 ems 85 screen". Back stained with ink. White paper & adhesive residue along top edge on back. top edge on front stained with black ink. Surface missing from upper right corner; slight corner & edge damage. Emulsion scratched. Adhesive impacting emulsion at top with rectangular bulge.
