Stock ledger, Tropic Oil Company, 1917-1950. Handwritten ledger of names of stock holders and information. Book is light green with red corners and metal hinged spine. 15 x 10 inches. Index tabs. Condition good. Some soiling.
Overage file is located in file cabinet 7, drawer 4. It contains:
A handwritten paper, "To Whom Transferred," dated 10/21/1939. It is unclear what the numbers refer to. Right side of page contains a list of names.
A 10 page typed list, entitled Outstanding Stock, Tropic Oil Company, 6/25/1943. Contains names and shares of stock owned with some handwritten notations at various places. List is compiled on the back of "Carbon County Loan and Inv. Co., Strand Theater Bldg., 2nd Floor," stationery. Note at end of last page: "above compiled by George R. Parsons from stock books and stock register book, checked and cross checked for correctness all errors noted and stock register corrected to conform to and including June 25, 1943. Certified as correct as shown by records on file in office of said secretary. Signed George R. Parsons, Secretary, Tropic Oil Company, 6/25/1943.
