Update - 2009: Black & white print of Rawlins City Hall. Building is multi-level, light colored brick with center portion 1 level higher than back & front. Five steps lead up to front door that has window above & around door. Embossed above door: "City Hall". The building has multiple windows on every level with another door on side. The back portion has large drive in doors. Building behind is light colored brick, multi-level with sign on top reading: "First National Bank" A wood sign on corner of City Hall Building reads: " P. W. A. Federal Works Agency Public Works Administration Rawlins City Hall." Parked on street is a vintage auto & backed up to side door is a vintage pickup truck. Photo taken at corner of 5th & Buffalo, the 200 Block of 5th Street.
Condition: Good. Liquid spots, emulsion, impacted, accretion, creased, top left & right & bottom left corners bent.Collection
