A 10" tall, modern (20th Century) Native American doll with extensive red and blue quillwork on her fringed soft leather dress which has wide shawl like sleeves. The quillwork shawl is edged in navy colored beadwork. Her dark hair is styled in 7" long horsehair braids, decorated with tiny ivory colored quill hairpipes approximately 4" long. Hair has suede like leather ties at lower edges. The dress has a red quillwork belt with navy beaded edge border on the top and bottom. The skirt portion of the dress is fringed on both sides and along the lower hem edges. A beaded navy and yellow border is at the lower hem edge, both front and back. Red and yellow quills cover the feet as shoes.
