Black & white glossy copy print. Image shows a street scene with three attached white frame buildings on far side. Building at left with two garage doors has Fire Department painted above doors at mid level. Second building has City Hall & third has Rawlins Home Furnishings. This building has striped canvas awning covering front windows of store. A dark coupe auto is parked parallel to sidewalk. A fire hydrant with flat hose is seen at side right. Electrical poles are seen extending down alleyway. A dark shadowed area is at foreground.
Written on back in pencil - Nov 29, 1938 City Hall & Fire Dept 5th - 200 Blk Other writing is on back.
Good condition. Scratches, indentions & craze in emulsion. Top right corner is severely cracked. Edges are worn.
Update February 2011: View 2: Black & white glossy print. Image of a street scene with three attached white frame buildings. Building at left has two garage doors & "Fire Dept" painted above doors. Second building has: "City Hall" painted above door & two windows. On the window, in the door it reads: "City Hall" "Police Dept.". Third building has a striped awning rolled out above the store front. Painted above awning: "Rawlins Home Furnishings". A vintage car is parked on the street in front of third building. On left, the Fire Dept. building extends back & sits adjacent to a rock building with a tall chimney pipe. On the back of the Fire Dept, roof is a tower with shingled roof & small platform attached to the top. In the distance is a tall dark building & on photo right a two story stone building with windows on upper level.
