Update 2008: Black and white print of the old hospital and now Cathy Gardens in the blizzard of 1949 . View is taken from a distance. A large expanse of a snowy field and a few tall dominant trees are in foreground. Light snow covered evergreens and light colored brick building of Cathy Gardens is in the background. View shows a side view with three areas of building showing: a ground floor and two stories on left and three stories on right.
Written on back in black ink: "Old hospital/now Cathy Garden".
Good condition, slight soiling on edges and backside. Print has tiny scratches in emulsion throughout surface, vertical and horizontal. There are tiny black specks at photo center and left unclear at to source. Slight tear in emulsion at top center edge.Collection
