Photo of Mrs. William Daley and grandson, P.E. Daley. Update 2008: Black and white oval print attached to black rectangular matboard of Mrs. William Daley holding her infant grandson P.E. Daley. Engraved in tiny gold script at top left: the Ferris Studio. Engraved on bottom edge at center front: A tiny wigwam with Rawlins, Wyo imprinted underneath it. Mrs. Daley is wearing medium colored dress with bodice pleats and inset with tiny crisscross needlework inset. A high white lace collar covers her neck with lace medallion at center front and white button under it. Her hair is in a curly updo. Infant is held close to her face and upper torso. He has light colored eyes and is wearing long sleeved long white dress. Good condition. Has wear on all edges and corners with torn surface at corner left . mat has grosgrain texture to it and is slightly soiled with white flecks and smudges. print has minor scratches in emulsion surface. Dark and white flecks are seen on print as well as tiny flecks of residue bottom left half of print. Indentation of oval shows on back of matboard. A white label is affixed to back of mat. Typed on it: Mrs. William Daley and grandson P.E. Daley. Update February 2011: One black & white copy print. Written on back in blue ink: "Mrs. William Daley and grandson P. E. Daley" Stamped in black: "Provided by the Wyoming State Archives and Historical Department" Good condition. Emulsion impacted with grooves, creased. Size 5 x 7"
