Update 2009: A black and white print attached to ecru colored mat. Scene shows a young girl standing in front of a chifforobe type dresser with attached mirror and dressing table on left. She is wearing a plaid dress, has short blonde hair. She is gazing into the mirror. There is a reflection in the mirror of a woman wearing dark dress with lace collar standing to side left in background. A glass door bookcase is next to woman an is seen in the mirror. Dressing top surfaces are covered with lacy or ruffled white linens. Also seen on dresser top are a basket and hand mirror.
Written on back in blue green ink: "Mrs. E.E. Durant in the mirror".
Written on attached white sticker: {Durant}.
Good condition. Mat has light soiling with tiny black spots at tope. Heavy wear at corners with abraded surface and wrinkles at top left and bottom right. Print has light scratches in emulsion. Soiling on back of mat with small brown stain.Collection
