Update - 2009: Black & white print attached to ecru matboard with decorative embossed with scallop design around edges. Print shows a woman sitting in a high back wooden chair at a secretary type desk writing on a sheet of paper on the top of the folded down door surface of secretary. A glass door bookcase is on left side of the desk portion. books, mantel clock and photograph are seen through the door. Ornate wallpaper & wall is at her back with closed wooden door to her right. She is wearing plaid skirt and a blouse whose lower arms and bodice are black and upper sleeves with shoulder collar and neck edge are light striped fabric. Her dark hair is in an updo. Her left hand is in her lap & she is holding a white handkerchief. A dark magazine rack is attached to the wall above her head filled with papers. Ornate statue is seen right side on top right of secretary.

good condition. Heavily soiled matboard with brown stains, smudges and fine flecks of unknown substance, scratches & wear on emulsion surface.Collection
