Photo of Shrine Parade after 1902. S.E. corner of 5th and Cedar. Building occupied by Mrs. Johnson's Millinary. Donkey pulling a clown in a wheelbarrow. Sign says "Twist my tail". Update 2009: Black and white print of a donkey in harness, on 100th block of 5th street, pulling a wheel barrow looking cart. There is a man in the cart with a long, large print robe with matching scarf on his head and a hat on top. The man has a paddle in his right hand. the donkey has a cloth sign over his back that reads: "Twist my tail". Donkey also has coverings over front legs that look like pants and a beer bottle is tucked in the top. He also has on a hat with his ears protruding through. Behind the cart and donkey is a row of about twenty people, dressed in dark coats and various hats, observing the parade. A sign on the building in background reads: "Millinery." Written on back in pencil: 'no. 3-Daley Collection.". "S.E. corner of 5th and Cedar building occupied by Mrs.. Johnson Millinary [sic millinery] photograph after 1902". Written on back in blue ink: "Shrine parade many years ago." Print mounted on a dark grey mat, with embossed lines around print. Condition good. Corners of mat worn and paper missing. Print scraped bottom left.
