Update March 2011: Black & white print of two men sitting in the driver's seat of a vintage fire truck. It is decorated with American flags & painted on the hood: "Rawlins Fire Dept." It is parked on the street in front of a building with decorative roof edge & awnings above the windows.
Written on back in blue ink: "J. E. Bangs & Mr. Reid"
In pencil: "May 1918"
