Update 2008: Black and white print. Snapshot. Image of three horseback riders stopped on a paved street in front of a large stone building with trees, spectators, another horse and automobile on the street in front of the building. Rider on the left is a man dressed in cowboy boots, pants, dark flowered shirt, light scarf, beaded gauntlet gloves, and large white Stetson. He is riding a light colored paint horse. Center rider is a woman wearing cowboy boots, pants, light colored longsleeve shirt, light colored Stetson. Her right hand is raised in a salute. She wears a pin or broach on the flap of her left breast pocket; she is riding a dark paint horse. Rider on the right is a man dressed in cowboy boots, slacks, plaid longsleeve shirt, light colored tie and white Stetson. He wears a badge on his left breast pocket. he is riding a dark horse with 3 white feet and white blaze down face.
Written on back in blue ink: "Frontier Parade." Added in pencil: "(1956?)"
Back badly soiled and stained. Corner damage. Writing on back impacting emulsion at top. Paperclip mark on upper edge at right. Emulsion cracked and scratched in several places throughout. Paper curled.Collection
