Cheyenne Frontier Days, Parade, wagon, 1956.
Update 2008: Black and white print. Snapshot. Image of a two horse hitch pulling a conestoga wagon down a paved street in front of a large stone building. Between building and wagon are trees, spectators and an automobile. In foreground near wagon is a man back to camera dressed in boots, slacks, lighter colored shirt and Stetson. Man and woman are at the front of the wagon, man driving the team?. Two kids have stuck their heads out under the canvas just back of the front wheels.
Written on back in blue ink: "Frontier Parade". Added in pencil: "(1956?)"
Paper curled. Slightly yellowed on back edges. Writing on back impacting emulsion at top. Emulsion surface pockmarked, possibly liquid damage? Paper slightly wrinkled. Upper and lower left corners bent and emulsion cracked. Slight damage to other corners. Emulsion cracked at center left edge and upper right.Collection
