Line of telephone poles with multiple arms runs down far side of street. Image taken from elevation. 400 block of Cedar Street. Liquid spot on back. Transparent tap at top center on back; mat back soiled. Pin hole at top center in mat. Mat front soiled. Ink mark on emulsion above wires. Emulsion surface scuffed & scratched.
