Photo of five people on wool bales. two copies. Update - 2009: A black & white print showing six long rows of bales of wool stacked two & three high. A small wooden frame house with a chimney at the center apex of the roof is in far left side. Distant background shows power lines? and railroad tracks. Seen on front of center bales a man sitting on the two bales & a woman with long dress and apron with her hat in her hand standing next to him. On photo right another man stands to her left. A row of 4 single bales separate this group of people from two men who are standing on enter right of photo. Man on outside is wearing overalls. Foreground shows barren ground. There are two prints of this photo. Print 1. Good condition with worn edges and slight soiling top left. Corners are bent top left and bottom right. A little sticker on back has sheep ranching written in pencil. Print 2. good condition. Same condition as above except this print has a dark vertical residue line at top center. Stamped on back in black ink Carbon County museum, Box 52, Rawlins, Wyoming 82301. This stamp impacts the top surface of this print surface.
