Black and white framed head and shoulder portrait of I. C. Miller. Man has thin dark hair parted on his left and has a bushy beard and mustache. He is wearing a white shirt and dark jacket and vest. Photo is very large, 16 x 20 inches. Black wood frame. Condition good.
Update 2013: Removed from frame for conservation purposes. Had been given T1319 during inventory. Note in original deed of gift: "I. C. Miller came here with the U. P. Railroad, was sheriff of Carbon Co, Wyoming Territory in 1880."Collection
