RR Bull T. R. Fitzgerald, supervisor of bulls here this summer during strike, sought to have men deputized sheriffs to be paid as usual by UP, authority confined strictly to RR right-of-way; accidentally commissions given on regular forms, error not detected for several days bulls uptown in businesses armed nad excervising authoruty - this form's use also made county liable for their payment. Commissioner McKay cancelled their commisions and reissued only to an entitled few on RR property - one was an ex-con, another a jailbird, and 4 not residents of county as required by law. All 3 commissioners told RR take it or leave it
