A group, family, in front of a white house. Looks more like Europe. Maybe a school building.
Update 2008: Sepia print . Photo of one room school house with the teacher and students standing outside. People are to the left of the buildings with the door open and steps going inside the building. A desk can be seen from the door opening. The older students and teacher are standing and in front of them are the younger students. The person standing to the far left is holding a school bell and has on a long dress with a hat in her right hand. The teacher is to her right in a long dark skirt and light colored blouse. She has a book in her left hand. Right of the teacher is another girl in a long skirt and long sleeved blouse. To her right is a girl in a plaid long skirt and long sleeved slight colored blouse. The last girl to the right is holding her bonnet in her left hand. Three young boys are in front of the ladies and to the right of the boys is a young girl.
Photo is mounted on light colored matboard which as been heavily stained and soiled. All corners are frayed. Bottom section of matboard has been bend. There are torn sections on all sides. Lower right corner missing . Photo is heavily soiled and stained. A piece of paper appears to have been stuck to the photo and "ladlbarkeit" appears on the photo.
