Young woman in white dress and fancy hair do. Taken in Vicksburg by Joy. Writing on back, Nov. 3, 1919 and several names.
Update 2008: Black and white print. Bust photo of a young lady in a white lace dress. her hair is in a bun on top of her head. She has on a necklace and corsage on her right shoulder. Dress has hidden sleeves under a ruffled collar.
Photo is mounted on matboard which is stained and has a large water mark across the bottom. Small water marks dot the rest of the matboard. The upper left section shows a tear that extends down to the bottom left section, like the photo was bent. In the lower right corner is printed "Joy Vicksburg". On the back water marks can be seen as well as soiled and stains all over. Written in pencil once "Mrs. F.C. Perkins Dixon Wyo." "Mrs. F.C. Perkins Nov. 3, 1919." There is also many scribbles, doodles, graffiti all over the back. Emulsion scratched. The edge of matboard has a black border all the way around.Collection
