There is a boardwalk in front of buildings and wood steps leading up to doorways. Six women are standing on two sets of steps.
Written on bottom in blue ink: "1. Mrs. Larry Hayes-Prop. 2. Catherine Corbett. 3. Mary Cronin. 4. Mary Carrier. 5. Mrs. Nellie Lamb. 6. Mary Hayes." Written on print under womens feet: "1-2 3-4-5-6". Written on top of mat: "Picture taken 1890".
