Black & white print of buildings inside the walls of the Wyoming State Penitentiary. On photo left is the top of a wall going toward a guard tower, wall can be seen proceeding toward photo right. A two story building with front enclosed entry, outside stairs & front landscaping is next. a long, 1 1/2 story building with multiple windows on top level next, & behind that is the water tower. Another two story building is attached by an enclosed walkway to a large cell block series of attached buildings laying perpendicular to the two story. Foreground is dirt with wheel tracks & some construction material in center. Several men are working by the material & on the 1 1/2 story building.
