Black & white print card. Image of a multi level light colored brick building. Center portion is one level higher than front or back sections. Five steps lead up to front door that has windows above & around door. Embossed above door: "City Hall". The building has multiple windows on every level with another door on side. The back portion has large drive in doors. There are two pole lamps with glass globes on top of the street corner. Another brick building beyond has partial sign: "Bank" A flag is flying above on a tall flag pole & small evergreens are around building. Photo taken at corner of 5th & Buffalo.

Good condition. Creased, emulsion impacted, soiled, white spot on back, paper damage.
