--Copy of Legal Bill of Sale between H. B. Hall and George B. Campbell, dated 9/15/1875, in which they sell the Campbell and Hall Saloon to Edward Risko, Denver.
--Sheriff's Deed (a bill of sale from James G. Rankin, Sheriff, date 4/16/1879 in which the Rawlins Metallic Paint Company to G. C. Smith, Trustee, for being the highest bidder of $1300.
--Copy of Memorandum of payments on D. P. Hughes' bond by sureties. Dated 1/10/1887 and included Isaac C. Miller, Richard Collager, William Daley, Charles E. Blydenburgh, William McCarty, William Jungquist. (Written on Miller & Hurt fine Merino Sheep stationery.
--Copy of Inquisition on the view of the body of 3/19/1882, at Carbon County Courthouse of James Lacy and Robert Raddick (Opium Bob) on their hanging by the neck until there were dead. Hung at the stockyard fence and done by parties unknown to the Jury. Rans note: Pat Fry not taken from jail, and William Carter escaped mob. Papers give account of these men being taken from jail by violence of masked men. See papers.

--Robert Casteel killed Nels Thorn law given regarding 1st and 2nd degree murder, terms malice, malicious, manslaughter, intention, self-defense, and other legal terms to make a true determination of charge. Documents are over 24 pages long.
--Bill of Sale, 6/2/1886, for windmill and pumping appliance equipment from the Carbon County Commissioners to the City of Rawlins.
--Bill of Sale,10/20/1885, John S. Jones to The Board of County Commissioners personal property of one bridge now built over the Medicine Bow River at what is know as Medicine Bow Crossing at or near Elk Mountain Post Office.
--From County Commissioners Record Book, 4/20/1878, to General George Crook, Commanding Dept of he Platte, Omaha. Inquiry concerns the building of a bridge across the Medicine Bow River at or near Medicine Bow. Are they going to use this route for Fort Fetterman and McKinney and other Northern posts? (3 copies)

OUTLAWS
--Author Larry K. Brown and Rans' correspondence and research on various criminals of the early days with certain manuscripts written by Larry K. Brown. The titles and names include:
--"Bad Man From Bitter Creek" concerns Benjamin F. Carter ("Big Ben" Carter). Shot and killed young Jim Jeffries.
--"His Landlady's Hammer" about how John Leroy Donovan aka Jack Lee killed the barber William Leighton.
--Rans' research on William Leighton murder.
--"Big Jack" Was No Lady, manuscript concerns Eliza Stewart in Hanna who shot David Glenn at a dance.
--"Sisters in Sin," manuscript about Pearl and Gertie Smith (claimed to be sisters, but weren't)--served time in Territorial Prison and Wyoming State Penitentiary. Pearl Smith Bowman and Gertie Miller joined forces at some point, were involved with Joseph Murphy and Maes Martin. They shoplifted and were caught. The women were the first women prisoners in the Penitentiary. They had to be transferred to Laramie Territorial as no place for women in penitentiary. Eventually Pearl released to her husband Mr. Bowman and Gertie died in childbirth.
