Distinguished gentleman in dark suit, light stand up collar, tie, facing right. Engraved lower right corner of mat: "William G. Walker, Cheyenne, Wy". Written on adhesive label stuck to back: ""Ross Draper. State Legislator. Editor of Rawlins Republican." Written on second adhesive label on back: "Draper". Condition is good. Front mat soiled.
