Update 2009: Black and white print. Studio portrait, cabinet cared mounted on white matboard with cut edge. Full length portrait of a young boy standing on the seat of an ornate upholstered chair. he is dressed in knickers, white frilly shirt an sailor jacket with wide lapels with piping on edges. He has on dark tights and ankle high button shoes. Center of his light long hair is pulled up into a bun on top of his head and is in long ringlets down the sides and back. He is standing with his left foot on the toe and lower leg crossed over in front of the right. His left arm is resting on the back of the chair; right hand is holding onto the right inner edge of his jacket.
Printed on lower margin in green ink: "Brown Rawlins, WYO."
Written on back in black ink: "Walton France".
Mounted on acidic matboard. mat back soiled. Mat slightly warped. Slight corner damage. Emulsion surface scratched and scuffed. Two curved like lines at chair back appear to be damaged on the original negative.Collection
