Black & white print of a large group of ladies dressed in winter coats. They are standing outside on a walk in front of a large building. A sign on the concrete street curb: "Central Ave". Printed at the bottom in white: "Ladies of the 25th Legislature at Cheyenne, Feb 6, 1939"
Good condition. Wrapped in hard plastic with a wire hanger duct taped to the back.
Update 2014: removed from hard plastic and put in mylar for conservation purposes.Collection
