Update 2008: Black and white print, mounted on grey matboard. Snapshot. Image of 11 men and boys gathered in front of a wood framed building with large windows. All but two of the group are seated on the wooden steps; wooden boardwalk and dirt street in foreground.
Three people are identified with blue ink numbers directly on the emulsion surface.
Written on the back in blue ink: "Bennett Hardware Store on Cedar St. The man standing to the left is Ed. Bennett. Others identified are (1) Walton France (2) James Bennett and (3) Will Irving[.]"
Other earlier ? writing on back in blue ink cut off.
Original mounted on acidic matboard. Cut down from original size into image area. Damage to original negative in upper right has the appearance of a nail hole. Image surface badly scuffed and soiled. Many fingerprints present.
One (1) 6 1/8 x 5 black and white copy print. Wide white border. Stamped on back in black ink: "Neg No. Print No. 151" "Carbon Co. Muesum[sic]" "Copy provided by the Wyoming State Archives and Historical Department." Written on back in pencil: "Standing-left Ed Bennett."
